Johns Hopkins APL Building is a one-story, 43,785 square foot building with office and meeting space, along with surface parking for approximately 178 vehicles. The Property was built in 2001 with concrete slab construction, a steel frame, and a brick and glass exterior. The interior space includes offices for approximately 180 employees who serve administrative functions for APL.

The Property is located at 7700 Montpelier Road in Laurel, Howard county, MD, adjacent to the APL campus.
Howard County is situated in the heart of the Baltimore-Washington DC corridor, which has experienced strong growth over the past 20 years. The main employers within the corridor include the National Security Administration/Ft.
